Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Lead Product Engineer to drive software product development for a robotics platform, integrating AI, machine learning, and real-time systems. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams and translate architecture into software specs to deliver cutting-edge robotics solutions.

You will review code, define tests, and engage clients as a technical expert to shape next-generation robotics products.

Qualifications

At least 10 years in software platform development with proven track record of delivering large scale distributed systems.
Minimum 5 years in technical leadership roles with experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
Proven expertise in AI/ML integration, particularly in LLM and VLM.
Experience in cloud native architectures, microservices, and API platform development.

Responsibilities

Lead software design and development for robotics platform and system solutions with AI/ML integration.
Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms for robotics applications.
Drive technical solutions with cross-functional teams across end-to-end design, implementation and integration.
Translate architecture/design concepts into software specifications and docs.
Define tests and ensure code quality across the development cycle.
Engage in client meetings as an technical expert to provide insights and guidance.
