Job summary

Dyson is hiring a Design Manager - Experience (Robot) in Singapore. You will own the end-to-end user journey across physical and digital touchpoints for Dyson's robotic products, defining user-facing requirements and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery of high-quality experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance business priorities, user needs, and innovation, maximizing value and impact for the user across home environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience on robotic or autonomous products with strong UX across physical and digital
• Deep understanding of human-robot interaction in home environments
• Ability to translate robotics capabilities into intuitive products

Responsibilities

• Define physical and digital experience requirements across robotics projects
• Translate robotics trends into forward-looking experience strategies
• Align stakeholders and validate feasibility and delivery of features
• Define packaging and out-of-box experiences for Dyson robots
• Guide app and product content to ensure cohesive user journeys
