Job summary

OCBC Singapore is seeking a Risk Appetite and Concentration Specialist to shape the bank's risk framework and risk management strategy. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and manage risk concentrations, ensuring regulatory compliance across Pillar 1, IFRS 9, and ICAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or risk management.
• At least 10–15 years in risk management with appetite/concentration focus.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder skills.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risk concentrations with governance input.
• Analyze Pillar 1 Credit RWA, Pillar 3 disclosures, and IFRS 9 ECL.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance.
• Lead bank-wide credit stress testing and ICAAP initiatives.
• Assess climate and nature-related risks in portfolios.
• Enhance risk measurement methods and tooling.
