Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a seasoned Risk Appetite and Concentration Specialist in Singapore to shape the bank's risk framework and governance. You will work with senior leadership to identify, assess, and mitigate concentration risks, ensuring Pillar 1, Pillar 3, and IFRS 9 ECL processes reflect current regulatory expectations.

You will lead analytics, stress testing, and capital planning initiatives, translating complex rules into practical guidance for business units across geographies.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics, or risk management
• 10-15 years of risk management experience, focusing on risk appetite and concentration risk
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Deliver robust Pillar 1 Credit RWA calculation and Pillar 3 disclosures
• Provide portfolio insights through Credit RWA, Economic Capital and IFRS 9 ECL analyses
• Advise senior management on capital and provisioning implications of new products
• Lead bank-wide stress testing including Pillar 1 cyclicality and ICAAP
• Identify vulnerable accounts via bottom-up stress testing and projections
• Assess climate and nature-related risks on credit portfolios
• Enhance risk measurement capabilities through methodologies, systems, and tooling improvements
