Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Finance professional to lead the Accounts Receivable team and oversee daily financial operations in Singapore. The role covers system reconciliation, audit liaison and tenancy arrears management, with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness and stakeholder communication.

You will coordinate with Operations, IT and vendors to resolve system/interface issues and support monthly and annual financial processes.

Qualifications

• Accountancy study or professional qualification.
• Experience in financial operations, system management, process reviews.
• Strong thinking, analysis, self-motivated and resourceful.
• A good communicator and team player.
• Strong time management, planning and organisation skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Automate.
• Experience in Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• A. Team Management and Operations Oversight: Manage Accounts Receivable team and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Ensure full task coverage during staff absences and maintain team productivity.
• Resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure timely responses to queries from Operations and customers.
• Minimise customer service issues from delays in Finance's responses.
• Support the fee review committee with financial information and analysis.
