Responsibilities

• Performing daily bank reconciliation and escalating discrepancies.
• Attending regular meetings with IT and external vendors and providing Finance input.
• Assisting in troubleshooting system issues affecting Finance operations.
• Working with IT and vendors to investigate and resolve operational system issues.
• Reviewing system workflows and highlighting gaps or control issues for follow-up.
• Providing ground-level operational support for cross-functional system and process improvement initiatives; monitoring system interfaces and following up with IT/vendors to ensure timely resolution.
