Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a finance operations professional in Singapore to manage accounts receivable, revenue management, and collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

You will support month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and revenue-related transactions, and participate in system enhancement and UAT to meet business requirements.

The role emphasizes process improvement, automation, and effective stakeholder engagement with internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years in finance operations, especially AR, revenue, collections, or reconciliations.
• Strong analytical skills with high accuracy.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience preferred; Power Query/Power BI advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing and collections, liaise with customers on outstanding payments, and handle security deposits.
• Support month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and revenue transactions.
• Assist system enhancement projects and conduct UAT, data validation, and testing.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and reconcile processes to improve efficiency.
