Job summary

Randstad Singapore, on behalf of a well established FMCG firm, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead an operational finance team. You will supervise end-to-end AR workflows, manage high-volume daily sales reconciliations, turnover-based billing, refund settlements, and cash application across accounts.

You will also track aging ledgers, guide collections, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 5 years of AR experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an operational finance AR team.
• Supervise high-volume daily sales reconciliations.
• Oversee turnover-based billing, refunds and cash application.
• Track aging ledgers and guide collections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Drive governance and automation across order-to-cash processes.
