Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting or delivering enterprise supply‑planning solutions in high-tech manufacturing or complex supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of supply planning processes, master data, and transactional data.
• Hands-on experience with o9 mPower or similar platforms for configuration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of supply‑planning solutions, ensuring reliability of planning processes and outputs.
• Act as primary contact for business users, addressing questions and guiding effective use of the planning platform.
• Investigate supply‑planning exceptions by tracing data, transformation logic, and downstream calculations.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs.
• Configure and troubleshoot o9 supply‑planning models, measures, workflows, and dashboards.
• Support data integration between SAP, o9, and enterprise data platforms (mappings, sequencing, validations).
• Design and maintain SQL- and Python-based data pipelines and analytical datasets.
• Perform data profiling, quality validation, and cross-system reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in deployment, testing, and continuous improvement of solutions, including user acceptance.
• Collaborate across operations, IT, and business teams; maintain support documentation.
