Job summary

SingHealth HQ's Retail Pharmacy seeks a Senior Associate to support daily operations and provide excellent customer service across the retail network. You will assist with cashier duties, stock replenishment, shelf displays, price-file uploads, and housekeeping to maintain a clean, compliant store environment.

The role requires a Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE level with at least 2 years’ retail or cashiering experience, and you should be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills and the

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC, NITEC, or GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' Level with at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the retail industry and/or with cashiering experience.
• Basic computing skills
• Good team player who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to lift stocks for display and replenishment on shelves and stockholding areas
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to change including rotation of duties or outlets at short notice
• Able to lift at least 5kg

Responsibilities

• Assist with comprehensive daily operations of the retail pharmacy and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform cashier duties and render administrative support to colleagues.
• Manage replenishment and display of products on shelves and stockholding areas; ensure optimal presentation and availability.
• Upload price files and ensure accurate pricing/product information in the retail system.
• Set up promotional displays and materials; maintain housekeeping and a clean retail environment.
• Enforce safety and security measures to comply with operational standards.
