Job summary

SingHealth’s Retail Pharmacy in Singapore invites a Senior Associate to support daily operations, delivering customer service excellence across our retail network.

You will assist with cashier duties, stock replenishment, price file uploads, and promotional displays, while maintaining a clean and secure store environment and coordinating with colleagues to keep shelves well presented.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of working experience, preferably in retail or cashiering
• Basic computing skills
• Good team player who can work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to lift at least 5kg
• Adaptable to rotation of duties or outlets
• Physically fit to lift stocks

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the retail pharmacy and delivering excellent customer service
• Perform cashier duties and provide administrative support to colleagues
• Manage replenishment and display of products on shelves and stockholding areas
• Upload price files and ensure accurate pricing in the retail system
• Set up promotional displays and materials
• Maintain a clean, organised retail environment and enforce safety and security standards
