Job summary

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth HQ) invites an Associate to join our Retail Pharmacy's warehouse and online operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and excellent customer service across our retail network.

You will monitor and replenish stock, conduct weekly cycle counts, handle POS functions, generate invoices and shipping labels, coordinate with logistics providers, and support new outlet projects with cross-departmental liaison.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in retail
• Conversant in English and a second language
• Detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment

Join SingHealth’s Retail Pharmacy and be part of Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster, where you'll play a vital role in serving patients and customers across our retail network.

We are seeking an Associate to support in our warehouse and online operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and excellent customer service.

What you will do:

Your responsibilities include monitoring and replenishing stock levels, conducting weekly cycle counts, and participating in annual stocktaking exercises whilst investigating any discrepancies. You will handle point-of-sale functions, generate invoices and shipping labels for online orders, and coordinate delivery arrangements with logistics providers. Additionally, you will support new outlet projects by liaising with various departments to coordinate consumables requirements and stock transfers, maintain the online sales platform by ensuring accurate product uploads and pricing verification, and provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and resolving complaints.

Job Requirements:

• Higher NITEC/NITEC/ GCE N/O/A levels with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry


• Conversant in English and a second language


• Good team player and independent worker who requires minimal supervision


• Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Able to lift stocks for display and replenishment on shelves and stockholding areas


• Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes


• Able to lift at least 5kg. Daily work involves a lot of physical activity including lifting of stocks, standing and bending.
