Job summary

SingHealth Group’s Retail Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Associate to support daily operations and deliver customer service excellence across our pharmacy network in Singapore. The role includes cashier duties, stock replenishment, price file uploads, and promotional setup, with emphasis on accuracy and presentation.

Candidates should have relevant NITEC or GCE levels, at least 2 years of experience, and strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

Higher NITEC, NITEC, or GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' Level with at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail or cashiering.
Basic computing skills
Good team player who can work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to lift stocks for display and replenishment on shelves and stockholding areas
Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable to change including rotation of duties or outlets at short notice

Responsibilities

Assist with comprehensive daily operations of the retail pharmacy.
Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers while performing cashier duties.
Manage replenishment and display of products on shelves and stockholding areas.
Upload price files and ensure accurate pricing in the retail system.
Set up promotional displays and materials.
Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organised environment.
Enforce safety and security measures to ensure compliance with standards.
