Job summary

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth HQ) invites an Associate to join our Retail Pharmacy's warehouse and online operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and excellent customer service across our retail network.

You will monitor and replenish stock, conduct weekly cycle counts, handle POS functions, generate invoices and shipping labels, coordinate with logistics providers, and support new outlet projects with cross-departmental liaison.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in retail
• Conversant in English and a second language
• Detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor and replenish stock levels; conduct weekly cycle counts
• Handle POS functions and generate invoices/shipping labels for online orders
• Coordinate delivery with logistics providers and support new outlet projects
• Maintain online sales platform with accurate product uploads and pricing
• Provide prompt customer service and resolve enquiries/complaints
