Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Store Associate to ensure smooth daily operations in our Singapore store. You will help customers, operate cash registers, manage stock, and support promotional programs.

You will maintain store cleanliness, process transactions accurately, enter data into SAP, and contribute to reports and audits. Teamwork, reliability, and a proactive attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• GCE N-Level or GCE O-Level qualification.
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to perform data entry accurately.
• Experience in retail, healthcare, pharmacy, or inventory management environments is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP or inventory management systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Open store on time and ensure computer systems are operational.
• Monitor customer queues and reduce waiting times.
• Prepare and maintain cash float and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Promote products, weekly specials, and support sales initiatives.
• Operate cash registers and process retail transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping standards.
• Safeguard store assets, inventory, premises, and confidential information.
• Maintain proper records and ensure equipment is appropriately maintained.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as required.
• Ensure inventory is stored under appropriate conditions and remains saleable.
• Process goods receipts, inter-branch transfers, and inventory discrepancies.
• Support stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate daily sales records.
• Data entry and inventory updates in SAP.
• Organize, compile, and maintain retail documentation and records.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports for operational analysis and verification.
• Support the onboarding and orientation of new staff on retail and pharmacy processes.
• Assist in conducting briefings for promoters and support staff.
• Participate in workplace improvement initiatives and operational projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
