Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Pharmacy Retail Associate to deliver quality customer service and support daily pharmacy operations in our Singapore store. You will open the store, assist patients, manage queues, and handle cashiering and sales records.

You will monitor stock, replenish shelves, perform SAP entries, and help train new staff on retail and pharmacy workflows while maintaining cleanliness and security across the premises.

Qualifications

• GCE N or O Level is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player with a self-motivated and responsible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Open the store on time and ensure systems are ready for operations.
• Manage queues and assist patients to minimise waiting time.
• Handle cashiering, cash and daily sales records.
• Promote weekly specials and recommend relevant products to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness, security and proper housekeeping of the pharmacy.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish stocks and ensure products are properly stored.
• Handle goods receipts, inter-branch transfers, stock counts and stock takes.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper records are kept.
• Perform inventory data entry using SAP and assist with filing and monthly reports.
• Assist in training and orientating new staff on retail and pharmacy workflows.
• Support workplace improvement activities and perform other duties as assigned.
