G3 (SG) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee SKIMS stores in Singapore, driving sales, customer experience and standards. You will lead a multi-store team, ensure brand execution, and collaborate with the CEO and Brand Manager on retail strategy.

The role includes store openings, expansion planning to Malaysia, and ensuring SOPs, training and KPIs are consistently met across stores.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, Fashion, Hospitality or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of relevant retail experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial or multi-store leadership role.
Strong experience in premium, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or luxury retail is preferred.
Proven track record in managing retail teams and driving sales performance.
Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, customer experience and store standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of SKIMS retail stores in Singapore, ensuring smooth and efficient store execution.
Drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales, productivity and operational targets.
Lead, coach and develop the retail team to achieve business and service objectives.
Set and maintain high standards of customer service, selling behaviours and product knowledge.
Ensure stores consistently maintain SKIMS' required standards in visual merchandising, grooming, cleanliness and overall presentation.
Support the planning and execution of new SKIMS store openings and pop-ups.
Provide regular updates to the CEO and Brand Manager on store performance and initiatives.
Ensure all stores comply with company policies, SOPs, safety requirements and relevant regulations.
