Job summary

G3 (SG) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee SKIMS stores in Singapore, ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational excellence and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, Fashion, Hospitality or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant retail experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial/multi-store role.
• Strong experience in premium fashion/beauty/luxury retail is preferred.
• Proven track record in managing retail teams and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of SKIMS stores in Singapore, ensuring smooth store execution.
• Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales, productivity and operational targets.
• Monitor KPIs like sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and traffic; identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure consistent execution of policies, SOPs and standards across stores.
• Lead, coach and develop retail teams; manage onboarding, training and performance reviews.
• Plan manpower, rosters and recruitment in collaboration with People Ops.
• Coordinate store visits, training and brand execution to reflect SKIMS standards.
• Support store openings and expansion, including Malaysia if applicable.
• Provide regular performance updates to CEO/Brand Manager and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention and inventory controls.
