Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Assistant Manager, Retail Operations for Singapore and Malaysia. You will support the Director of Retail, SGMY, to elevate operational excellence and ensure stores consistently meet Sephora standards and KPIs.

Responsibilities include overseeing store operations, implementing loss prevention, and optimizing communication between stores and HQ while leading regional retail projects to improve productivity and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum university diploma/degree.
• 8+ years of experience in a customer- and commercial-focused retail environment (beauty/fashion preferred).
• 5+ years’ work experience in Retail operations; store management experience advantageous.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with positive mindset.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to ensure compliance with Sephora standards and audit requirements.
• Implement loss prevention strategies and optimize HQ-store communication.
• Lead retail operations projects and regional initiatives across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Monitor and improve customer experience and store performance.
