Job summary

MAP Active Asia is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily store activities and drive sales growth across assigned stores in Singapore, aligning with brand SOPs and strategic objectives. You will monitor DSRs, manage inventory in coordination with the allocation team, and set monthly targets while supporting new store openings with merchandising and promotions.

A Bachelor in Management or related discipline is required, with strong marketing, KAM, supervision, pricing and retail

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or higher in management or related field.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, pricing, and key account management.
Experience in retail store operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and sales performance of assigned stores, ensuring targets are met.
Monitor and analyze Daily Sales Reports (DSR) to track progress and take corrective actions.
Review inventory levels across stores and coordinate with allocations to resolve low stock.
Set monthly sales targets for stores based on budgets and forecasts.
Support planning and execution of new store openings with merchandising, branding and promotions.
Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, SOP adherence and inventory control.
