Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in media, account management, client servicing or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of media, digital marketing, performance marketing, consumer insights, and campaign measurement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams.
• Experience managing campaign budgets, timelines, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact for campaign delivery and account management.
• Work closely with regional and local teams to drive consistency in planning, reporting, and operational processes.
• Maintain governance standards and ensure deliverables meet both client expectations and brand requirements.
• Oversee campaign execution, tracking, optimization, and reporting across multiple channels and partners.
• Develop performance reports, competitive analyses, and market insights to support planning and decision-making.
• Monitor campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality work and seamless client experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, operational processes, and account growth.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards of execution and professional development.
