Job summary

WORKLE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Retail Assistant to join our fashion and lifestyle store team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, styling advice, and helping the store meet its sales targets.

You will work a 5-day week, including weekends and public holidays, with up to 2,800 SGD per month plus commissions. Candidates should have at least 1–2 years of relevant retail experience and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience - fashion or lifestyle retail preferred.
• Passionate about fashion with knowledge of current trends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers warmly to create a memorable in-store experience
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products and styling advice
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through genuine and consultative selling
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise sales opportunities
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback promptly and professionally
• Maintain visual merchandising and store display standards
• Handle cashiering, sales transactions, and daily reconciliation
• Support stock replenishment, inventory counts, and stockroom organisation
• Ensure store cleanliness and tidiness at all times
• Guide and mentor junior retail assistants
• Support store operations and assist supervisor when required
