THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Sales Associate for islandwide roles in Singapore. You will greet customers, share current trends and product knowledge, and help drive sales while delivering an elevated shopping experience.

This role requires staying in good physical condition to stand for long hours, working five days a week with rotating shifts, and being flexible in location assignments across Marina Bay Sands, Orchard, Jewel Changi, City Hall/Raffles City, and Jurong IMM.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fashion and Luxury Goods sector.
• Willingness to work 5-day week with rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with elevated experiences through trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain good customer relationships to drive sales.
• Perform store operational duties (housekeeping, visual presentation).
• Participate in inventories and stock maintenance.
• Represent a positive attitude towards merchandise and the company.
• Assist in floor changes and product transfers.
• Some heavy lifting in excess of 10Kg.

Sales Associate

• Working Days: 5-day work week


• Working Timing: 44h/ week, rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Full Shift) – Required to do at least 1 Full shift per week (10h paid + 2h unpaid break)


• Working Location: Islandwide in Singapore
  (Marina Bay Sands, Orchard, Jewel Changi, CityHall Raffles City,Jurong IMM)– Candidates must be flexible in locations as time-to-time manpower adjustment will be based on for operational needs


• SA Salary: $2200 - $2400 (with relevant experience) + Grooming allowance $100 + $100 Attendance Allowance + AWS

Responsibilities & Duties

Position Overview

The sales associate is responsible to provide customers with elevated customer experiencethrough sharing latest trends and tips,sharing product knowledgeand maintaining good customer relationship to drive sales. The sales associate will also be responsible for a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team (i.e. housekeeping duties, visual presentation standards, etc.)

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related activities including, but not limited to, daily stocks maintenance, product transfers, and floor change over


• Represent a positive attitude towards the merchandise and the company


• Participate in all inventories and set up/pack up EOS


• Assume and complete other duties as assigned by store management


• Some heavy lifting in excess of 10Kg
