Job summary

Chello Pte Ltd is opening its first store in Orchard, Singapore, and is assembling a team to welcome customers there. As a Senior Retail Associate, you will support daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and mentor the retail team to achieve sales and operational goals.

You will drive sales through product recommendations, handle opening/closing procedures, cash handling, stock replenishment, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store that aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Previous experience in a senior retail, supervisory, or team-leading role is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers

• Guide and support junior retail staff, including providing on-the-job coaching and training
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock receiving, transfers, and stocktaking
