Job summary

Chello is opening its first physical store in Orchard, Singapore, and we’re seeking a Store Manager to lead this exciting new chapter. You will recruit and guide the founding retail team, establish daily store routines, and ensure every customer visit feels distinctly Chello.

You’ll manage opening activities, coaching staff, stock and visuals, while sharing customer insights with HQ to shape products and campaigns. This is a high-energy, hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a fashion or lifestyle retail store and leading a team.
• Strong commercial judgement and a hands-on approach to selling.
• Genuine interest in styling and helping customers find what works for them.
• Confidence building processes, solving problems, and making decisions on the floor.
• Clear communication and ability to work closely with HQ.
• Availability to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Chello creates refined clothing for women who want to feel confident and at ease in what they wear. Our store will bring that experience to life in person. You’ll build and lead the founding retail team, establish strong store routines, and make every customer visit feel distinctly Chello.
