Job summary

Chello is opening its first store in Orchard, Singapore, and we’re building a team to welcome customers there. As a Retail Associate, you’ll help customers discover pieces that fit their lives and offer thoughtful styling advice to make every visit feel personal.

You’ll also help shape the in-store experience from day one, ensuring the space feels welcoming and the service is attentive. Responsibilities include guiding outfits, answering product questions, processing purchases accurately,

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a new store environment.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Get to know customers and recommend pieces based on their style, fit, and occasion.
• Help customers put together outfits and explore ways to wear each piece.
• Make fitting room visits comfortable, attentive, and enjoyable.
• Process purchases accurately and answer product questions with confidence.
• Keep the store, displays, and fitting rooms inviting throughout the day.
• Replenish stock, support stock counts, and work with the team toward store goals.
