Job summary

Chello is opening its first store in Orchard, Singapore, and we’re building a team to welcome customers there. As a Retail Associate, you’ll help customers discover pieces that fit their lives and offer thoughtful styling advice to make every visit feel personal.

You’ll also help shape the in-store experience from day one, ensuring the space feels welcoming and the service is attentive. Responsibilities include guiding outfits, answering product questions, processing purchases accurately,

Qualifications

Chello creates refined clothing for women who want to feel confident and at ease in what they wear. As a Retail Associate, you’ll help customers discover pieces that suit their lives, offer thoughtful styling advice, and make every visit feel personal. You’ll also help shape the experience of our first physical store from the beginning.

What you’ll do

As one of Chello’s first retail team members, you’ll have the opportunity to help build the store experience and grow with us. Compensation and applicable incentives will be shared during the hiring process.

Part-time Working Hours And Rate

• Able to work retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Available to work a minimum of3 days per week.
• Hourly rate:$12 - $14 per hour
