Job summary

Chello Pte. Ltd. is opening its first physical store in Orchard, and we're looking for a Store Manager to lead this new chapter.

You will set the tone for our first in-person guest experience, recruit and onboard the founding team, and establish store routines that reflect Chello's refined aesthetic. You will manage daily operations, sales performance, schedules, stock integrity and visual merchandising, while delivering warm, personalised styling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a fashion or lifestyle retail store and leading a team.
• Strong commercial judgement and a hands-on approach to selling.
• A genuine interest in styling and helping customers find what works for them.
• Confidence building processes, solving problems, and making decisions on the floor.
• Clear communication and the ability to work closely with our HQ team.
• Availability to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Oversee stock accuracy, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Share customer insights with HQ to help shape our products, campaigns, and retail experience.

Chello creates refined clothing for women who want to feel confident and at ease in what they wear. Our store will bring that experience to life in person. You'll build and lead the founding retail team, establish strong store routines, and make every customer visit feel distinctly Chello.
