• Estimate food and beverage costs.

• Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service.
• Lead the team on each shift and ensure service standards are upheld.
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
• Ensure sufficient stock supplies in the restaurant for smooth operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
