Job summary

kingdom pot pte. ltd. is hiring for a restaurant supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets in Singapore. The role involves coordinating with chefs on provisioning, estimating costs, and ensuring high-quality food and service.

You will lead each shift, manage the team, handle complaints, and maintain stock levels to ensure smooth operations. The position offers a gross monthly salary in the SGD 6,000–8,000 range with lunch and dinner provided.

• Work with chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies.
• Estimate food and beverage costs.
• Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste.
• Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service.
• Lead the team on each shift and uphold company service standards.
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
• Ensure sufficient stock supplies in restaurant for smooth operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Gross Salary Range: $6,000 - $8,000
• Locations: Many outlets in Singapore
