Job summary

Kingdom Delicacies Pte. Ltd. is recruiting for a shift supervisor with strong leadership and service focus. The role involves working with chefs on provisioning and purchasing, estimating COGS, and maintaining high quality in food and service across multiple outlets in Singapore.

Hours are from 11:00 to 23:00 with a 1h45m break over a 5.5 day work week. Lunch and dinner are provided. You will lead each shift, manage team performance, handle complaints, and ensure smooth operation across outlets.

Responsibilities

• Work with chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies.
• Estimate food and beverage costs.
• Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste.
• Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service.
• Lead the team on each shift and uphold company service standards.
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
• Ensure sufficient stock supplies in restaurant for smooth operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
