Job summary

Kingdom Delicacies Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dining outlet supervisor to maintain service quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across multiple outlets. You will lead a small team and ensure consistent daily operations during the 11am–11pm shift.

Responsibilities include clearing tables, daily housekeeping, restocking beverages, attending to guest needs, and coordinating staff to keep outlets running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Experience in managing a small team or outlet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables and maintain dining area.
• Daily housekeeping and outlet upkeep.
• Restock drinks and soup as required.
• Attend to customers’ needs and resolve issues.
• Assist in staff management and shift coordination.
• Oversee outlet operations on daily basis.
