Job summary

Asia Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Supervision Lead in Singapore to oversee the supervision team on major building projects. You will coordinate rosters, ensure welfare of personnel, and work with QP(S)/QP(D) to resolve design and technical issues on site.

• Proficient in PSSCOC contract administration.
• Strong safety focus and leadership on site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supervision team to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by QP(S).
• Plan roster shift duties based on work schedules of contractors.
• Ensure welfare of personnel reporting on site.
• Collaborate with QP(D)/QP(S) to resolve design and technical issues arising from construction.
• Be conversant with codes and reporting for site supervision and QA/QC procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Architectural degree recognised by and currently registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as an architectural professional
• At least 8 years on projects similar in size and complexity: architectural and fitting out works in major building construction
• Proficient in PSSCOC contract administration
• Proven commitment to safety and health on site
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the Supervision team to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by QP(S)
• Plan roster shift duties based on work schedules of contractors
• Ensure welfare of personnel reporting
• Work with QP(D)/QP(S) to resolve all design and technical issues arising from construction
• Conversant with statutory codes and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration, and progress reporting

Preferred / Advantageous

• Knowledge of Changi Aerodrome Manual and AOS requirements preferred
