Job summary

Asia Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an experienced M&E leader to direct the M&E team and ensure delivery of complex building services projects in Singapore. The role oversees manpower, integrates multiple disciplines, and aligns with AOS and WSH standards.

Ideal candidates hold a PEB-recognised degree and may be Registered Resident Engineer with IES, with extensive experience on major projects and in contract administration. Hybrid/ flexible options and global project exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• PEB-recognised degree required for consideration.
• Registered Resident Engineer status preferred with IES.
• 20+ years in mechanical or electrical building services in construction.
• Minimum 15 years on major building projects of similar size and complexity.
• Proficient in PSSCOC contract administration.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary integration and interface management.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall M&E team direction to meet project objectives.
• Oversee and administer M&E manpower deployment.
• Govern multi-disciplinary integration; manage interface registers and workflows.
• Be conversant with Changi Aerodrome Manual, AOS requirements, WSH Manual.
• Endorse progress reports and coordinate M&E overseas factory inspections.

Job description

Qualifications & Requirements

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) of Singapore
• Preferably accredited asa Registered Resident Engineer with the Institution of Engineers, Singapore(IES)
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in mechanical or electrical building services in the building construction industry
• At least 15 years on projects similar in size and complexity: major construction works in buildings
• Proficient in PSSCOC contract administration
• Extensive experience in multi-disciplinary integration and interface management

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide overall M&E team direction and management to meet project objectives
• Oversee and administer QSS M&E manpower deployment
• Provide governance for multi-disciplinary integration, oversee interface registers and coordination workflows
• Conversant with Changi Aerodrome Manual, AOS requirements, WSH Manual
• Endorse progress report sand coordinate M&E overseas factory inspections

Preferred / Advantageous

• Licensed Electrical Worker and/or Licensed Plumber preferred
