Job summary

Asia Infrastructure Solutions seeks a senior Architect with Singapore Board recognition and registration to lead architectural delivery on major projects, including tunnels and large-scale buildings. You will oversee QSS staffing, ensure welfare, and endorse progress reports while maintaining strict PSSCOC compliance.

The role requires 20+ years of relevant experience on comparable projects and strong familiarity with airside/airport operation procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Architect with Singapore Board recognition and registration as required.
• Extensive leadership experience on large-scale projects.
• Strong contract administration capabilities with PSSCOC.

• Provide overall team direction and management to realise project objectives as required by the Superintending Officer and consultants
• Oversee and administer QSS manpower deployment based on main contractors' work schedules
• Ensure welfare of all personnel under supervision
• Endorse daily, weekly and monthly progress reports submission.
• Proficient in contract administration and PSSCOC compliance
• Lead overseas inspections for architectural components and suppliers.

Registered Architect with the Board of Architects, Singapore

Minimum 20 years of relevant experience as an architectural professional

At least 15 years on projects similar in size and complexity: major construction works in buildings, tunnels, and deep excavation

Proficient in contract administration with PSSCOC (Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract)

Conversant with Changi Aerodrome Manual, Airside Works Procedures Manual, Airport Operational and Safety (AOS) requirements, and Workplace Safety & Health Manual

Key Duties & Responsibilities
