Job summary

Asia Infrastructure Solutions in Singapore seeks an experienced architectural professional to lead site staff, monitor works, and ensure quality and safety on major building projects. You will oversee supervision and inspections, coordinating with project consultants and clients.

The role requires a recognised architectural degree, extensive supervision experience, and strong communication skills to ensure compliance with codes and project standards across complex facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an architectural professional.
• At least 5 years supervising architectural and interior fit-out works.
• Experience in Roof & Façade systems, Architectural systems, or Interior Architecture fit-out.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural site staff to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by QP(S) and project consultants.
• Demonstrate leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Conversant with statutory codes, site supervision requirements, quality control procedures, and progress reporting.
• Resolve site issues with strong technical knowledge and quick-thinking.

Architectural degree (Singapore Board)

8+ years architectural experience

• Architectural degree recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as an architectural professional
• At least 5 years in supervision of works similar in complexity: architectural and fitting out works in major building construction
• Focus experience in atleast one of: Roof & Façade systems, Architectural systems, or InteriorArchitecture Fit-out works
• Good analytical abilitywith strong verbal and written communication skills

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead architectural site staff to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by QP(S) and project consultants.
• Possess good leadership qualities, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Conversant with statutory codes, site supervision requirements, quality control procedures, and progress reporting
• Possess strong technical knowledge and quick-thinking skills with strong ability to manage and resolve site issues.
