Job summary

Asia Infrastructure Solutions, a leader in project management and engineering in Singapore, is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to lead site teams and ensure compliant execution of major construction works. The role requires a PEB-recognised degree and 8+ years of M&E experience, including 5+ years in supervision of large-scale buildings or utilities projects.

You will coordinate MEP interfaces and document progress for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree recognised by the PEB of Singapore in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant M&E experience.
• At least 5 years supervising major construction works: buildings or utilities services.
• Proficient in coordinating MEP interfaces and maintaining interface registers and evidence logs.

• Lead M&E site staff to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by QP (MEP) and project consultants.
• Proficient in resolving integration and interfacing issues across M&E trades.
• Conversant with statutory codes, quality control procedures, and progress reporting.

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) of Singapore
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as an M\&E engineer
• At least 5 years in supervision of works similar in nature: major construction works in buildings or utilities services laying, testing, and commissioning
• Proficient incoordination of MEP interfaces and maintaining interface registers and evidence logs
