Job summary

You will manage a portfolio of SME clients in the Industrials sector and serve as the primary banking contact for all needs. Responsibilities include regular client reviews, cross-selling financial solutions, coordinating with product specialists and credit analysts, and ensuring regulatory compliance while growing profitable relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or Banking & Finance.
• At least 10 years of credit and marketing experience with local SMEs.
• Deep understanding of the Industrials industry landscape.
• Highly-motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients in the Industrials sector.
• Act as the main contact for banking needs and regular client reviews.
• Advise on loans, deposits, cash management, and trade finance.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to meet evolving client needs.
• Coordinate with product specialists and credit analysts to craft solutions.
• Monitor financial health and industry trends to address needs and risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
