Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or Banking & Finance.
• At least 7 years of credit and marketing experience in handling local SME businesses
• Excellent business acumen and ability to deliver sales targets
• Proven track record in developing SME business
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their objectives and financial goals.
• Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to meet clients' financial and investment needs.
• Collaborate with product specialists, credit analysts, and operations to deliver banking solutions.
• Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures in all client interactions.
• Prepare and present financial proposals, reports and presentations to clients, highlighting value propositions.
