Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager for SME Banking. You will cultivate strong client relationships, understand their business objectives, and drive growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities across banking products and services.

You will collaborate with credit analysts, product specialists and operations to deliver tailored financial solutions, conduct regular reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold UOB's service standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or Banking & Finance.
• At least 5 years of credit and marketing experience in handling local SME businesses.
• Proven track record in developing SME business.
• CMFAS M6A - Securities and Futures Product Knowledge - Singapore

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and financial goals.
• Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to meet clients' financial and investment needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to deliver comprehensive banking solutions to clients.
• Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services.
