Job summary

Standard Chartered in Singapore is seeking a motivated Priority Clients professional to maximize new business opportunities and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients. You will engage in consultative financial analysis, tailor solutions, and support sales targets through proactive prospecting and referrals.

The role requires 2+ years in client acquisition, a diploma, and the ability to work with Greater China markets, including Mandarin language capability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client acquisition experience.
• Diploma holder.
• Experience with Greater China markets and Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers to meet their financial needs/objectives.
• Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.
• Draw up monthly plans with the PB team/branch manager to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.
• Source and call on individual prospects.
• Provide quality, efficient after-sales services.
• Manage attrition and retention of clients.
• Organise and conduct sales presentations to groups and organisations.
• Solicit referrals from other parts of SCB.
