PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a claims professional to oversee end-to-end management of insurance/reinsurance claims. The role involves data quality control, reserves analysis, and negotiations for settlements.

It requires strong organization, communication, and stakeholder engagement across a fast-paced environment. You will track renewals, validate terms, coordinate with outsourcing partners, and ensure timely reporting and compliance.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Mathematics or equivalent is required.
• 3–4 years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.

Mansioni

• Oversee the management of claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
• Conduct quality control on claims data and reporting; identify and rectify contract drafting errors.
• Analyze claims data, update reserves, assist in negotiation and settlement, escalate complex issues as needed.
• Track renewals and new contracts, validating terms and accounting arrangements for revenue scheduling.
• Process premiums and adjustments, liaise with outsourced partners for processing instructions.
• Foster and maintain client relationships, address discrepancies and provide timely reports.
• Collaborate with team, support peak periods, assist in onboarding of new hires.
• Engage in process improvement projects and knowledge sharing to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor performance against budget and ensure compliance and audits.
