Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a candidate to assist with claims recovery processes in Singapore. You will contact policyholders, guide them through claiming from third parties, and work toward monthly recovery targets in a structured call center environment.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with insurance-related experience preferred, strong communication, and negotiation skills. On-site location at Raffles Place, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree, insurance qualifications or equivalent experience preferably 1 year of insurance claims recovery or customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and negotiation abilities required

Responsibilities

• Call policyholders daily to gather details and guide them through claiming from the other party
• Use sound communication skills to persuade policyholders to proceed with the claim recovery process
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with policyholders and financial representatives, following SOPs
• Track and document calls and outcomes and work toward monthly recovery targets
• Perform ad-hoc assignments/projects as directed by supervisor
