Frazer Jones is partnering with a high-growth organisation to appoint a Senior Manager, Total Rewards, with a broad regional remit to shape and elevate the organisation’s Total Rewards strategy. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will architect the compensation framework, lead benchmarking, develop salary structures, and own annual salary reviews, bonus design and incentives across markets.

Qualifikationen

• 8–12 years of Total Rewards and compensation experience.
• Strong track record in salary architecture and market benchmarking.
• Experience designing bonus and sales incentive frameworks.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.

• Architect the organisation's Total Rewards framework across regions.
• Lead salary architecture, job leveling, benchmarking and market data analysis.
