Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Senior Regional Agency Strategist to own the regional agency strategy for Retail Media across APAC and EU markets. You will identify agency groups, markets and clients with the highest growth potential and build scalable engagement models.

You will develop strategic partnerships with senior agency leaders, translate strategy into market plans, and drive revenue growth by expanding agency-led opportunities and repeatable playbooks.

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years of experience in a leading media agency or related environment, ideally with regional APAC exposure.
• Strong understanding of how agencies operate, including planning, investment decisions, and commercial models.
• Established senior relationships across the APAC media agency ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the regional agency strategy for Retail Media, identifying growth markets, clients and categories.
• Develop engagement models and playbooks to scale agency collaboration across APAC and EU.
• Lead or support strategic pitches, agency roadshows, and senior client conversations.
• Grow Retail Media revenue by increasing agency-led opportunities and expanding budgets.
• Shape the agency proposition by providing feedback to products, measurement, and buying models.
