foodpanda is seeking a Manager for the Commercial Transformation team to drive high-impact initiatives across 16 countries. You’ll act as a hands-on internal consultant and lean PMO, bridging strategic direction with rapid execution and real-time iteration.

You will report to the Director of Commercial Transformation and collaborate with Market Managing Directors, Commercial Directors, and central function leaders to scale pilots from concept to regional rollout.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial operations, scale-up management, or internal transformation roles.
• Ability to plan, execute, and oversee multi-market projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-impact commercial transformation initiatives across 16 markets from setup to regional rollout.
• Partner with Market Managing Directors and central teams to resolve cross-functional bottlenecks.
• Develop lean project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for rapid execution.
• Proactively identify, elevate, and resolve commercial risks and operational friction on the ground.
• Develop and execute communication plans for senior executives and stakeholders.
• Provide concise executive readouts and status updates to leadership.
• Act as project owner on cross-functional pilots from proof-of-concept to rollout.
