You will source resumes, assess candidates, and drive end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, while maintaining structured processes and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Staffing Organization providing IT Recruitment Services to leading Domestic IT companies.
• Strong understanding of latest technology stacks and skills.
• Ability to engage, assess, and evaluate candidates based on client needs.
• Skilled in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Resilient mindset to handle rejections and stay motivated under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Source quality resumes using job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Assess candidates on skills, experience, cultural fit, and interest in opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain accurate reports and follow structured recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
