Role Purpose
The Senior Executive, Recruitment & Marketing serves as a central coordination and execution resource for the Recruitment team, supporting student recruitment through integrated marketing, CRM management, Overseas Representative (OR) coordination, events and sales administration.
The role combines the responsibilities of recruitment and marketing, ensuring that sales representatives are supported with timely campaigns, content, accurate CRM data, partner coordination and administrative execution so they can remain focused on prospecting, counselling and converting students.
The incumbent will work closely with Recruitment, Marketing, Admissions and other internal stakeholders to support both local and international recruitment objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Marketing & Social Media Support
- Support the development and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns for local and international markets.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment-focused social media content aligned with programmes, intakes, events and campaigns.
- Capture and edit short-form video content, including student testimonials, alumni stories, programme activities, events, interviews and Reels.
- Develop basic campaign creatives and content using appropriate digital tools.
- Coordinate content calendars and ensure recruitment campaigns are activated according to agreed timelines.
- Repurpose student, alumni and event content across relevant digital channels.
- Work with the Marketing team to ensure content remains aligned with At-Sunrice's brand guidelines.
2. HubSpot Marketing & CRM Campaign Management
- Set up, execute and monitor recruitment marketing campaigns through HubSpot.
- Manage email campaigns, audience segmentation, lists, forms, workflows and campaign tracking.
- Support lead nurturing and reactivation campaigns for prospective students.
- Maintain accurate lead source, market, programme, salesperson and OR information within the CRM.
- Monitor campaign engagement and support the Recruitment team with actionable lead lists.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and support accurate pipeline reporting.
- Generate regular reports on leads, campaign performance, conversion and recruitment activities.
3. Overseas Representative (OR) Coordination
- Serve as the central administrative coordination point for At-Sunrice's Overseas Representatives.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new ORs, including documentation, orientation and access to relevant recruitment materials.
- Maintain an updated OR database, agreements, contact information and market coverage.
- Provide ORs with current programme information, campaign materials, marketing assets and recruitment updates.
- Coordinate OR webinars, briefings and training sessions.
- Track OR performance against agreed targets, including leads, applications, enrolments, pipeline and campaign activities.
- Follow up on periodic OR pipeline and performance reports.
- Support management in identifying active, underperforming and high-potential ORs.
4. Recruitment Events & Logistics
- Coordinate logistics for Open Houses, education fairs, school visits, webinars, recruitment events and partner visits.
- Prepare event materials, registration lists, presentations, collateral, QR codes and lead-capture mechanisms.
- Coordinate vendors, venues, equipment and internal stakeholders where required.
- Support pre-event promotion and post-event lead follow-up.
- Ensure leads generated through events are accurately captured and assigned in HubSpot.
- Prepare post-event reports covering attendance, leads, applications and conversion opportunities.
5. Sales & Recruitment Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Recruitment sales representatives.
- Assist with preparation of programme information, presentations, proposals, reports and recruitment materials.
- Coordinate lead allocation and ensure appropriate salesperson/OR ownership is reflected in HubSpot.
- Support follow-up activities and campaign communications where required.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, calendars, databases and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, partner appointments and recruitment activities.
- Support preparation of weekly/monthly Recruitment BSC and pipeline reports.
- Follow up with internal departments on operational matters affecting student recruitment.
6. Recruitment Performance & Reporting
- Consolidate weekly recruitment performance across sales representatives, markets and channels.
- Support reporting by programme, intake, market, salesperson, OR and campaign.
- Support preparation of management reports and Balanced Scorecard updates.

Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, Education or a related discipline.
- Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment, marketing, sales operations, education or a related environment.
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM/marketing automation platform is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable managing social media content and editing short‑form videos.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar content creation/editing platforms.
- Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills.
- Strong coordination and administrative capabilities.
- Comfortable working across multiple markets, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work within tight recruitment timelines.
