Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or related discipline.
• Experience in student recruitment, education marketing, sales, business development, or related field preferred.
• Relevant supervisory or managerial experience.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office and marketing, sales, or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing Department and drive student recruitment, revenue growth, business development, and overall school growth.
• Develop and implement marketing, sales, and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract students.
• Liaise with education agents, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee admissions coordination, agent management, CRM systems, sales processes, and departmental workflows.
• Lead, supervise, and develop marketing staff while monitoring performance and improving operational efficiency.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, marketing content, and promotional activities across relevant channels.
• Monitor departmental performance, prepare management reports, and collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, EduTrust requirements, and relevant guidelines.
