Morgan McKinley is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in HR to join a warm, high-performing team in Singapore. You will source, screen and place top HR talent while selling Morgan McKinley’s services to clients and candidates.

Bring a minimum of 3 years in agency HR recruitment, a proactive, problem-solving mindset and excellent communication. Expect structured training, clear progression and a competitive compensation package.

What you will do:

• Source, screen and manage candidate expectations effectively throughout the entire process.
• Sell Morgan McKinley, our clients, services, current opportunities and you as a consultant to candidates.
• Be a career partner to your candidates and clients, ensuring alignment between all parties.
• Identify and generate leads to develop a strong pipeline and achieving success on your desk.
• Collaborate across your team and the wider business sharing information and supporting x-selling
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets by establishing and executing SMART goals and plans.
• Initiate, develop and manage client business relationships and provide excellent service to our clients and candidates alike.
• Build a specialist proposition and talent pool to engage potential clients
• Contribute to marketing initiatives that will help elevate your profile as a specialist recruiter through blogs, events, media, and marketing collaterals.
• Compliant to company policies and data protection guidelines.

What we are looking for:

• Proven track record as a recruitment consultant from an agency sales driven environment for at least 3 years recruiting for either HR positions
• You are a problem solver, inquisitive and resourceful.
• You should be organized in your thinking and approach to work, able to multitask efficiently.
• Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills.
• You are a professional, self-motivated individual with a relentlessly positive attitude, desire to learn, and a team player.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-confidence, and who thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
